You will notice the translucent blood red detailing to the logo, painstakingly applied by hand this is a tinted epoxy coating. Though somewhat difficult to appreciate from the pictures the hand brushed Aluminium surface beneath shows through giving real depth to the finish.

We take a selected manifold set, these are then port matched. This is very important on these particular manifolds as the discrepancy can be 3-4mm on any axis between the upper and lower units. They are then fully port modified and flowed to our specification, we have been modifying and testing our units for over ten years, we know how to get the best from these. Once this work is complete the manifolds are masked and media blasted to clean and prepare the surface for finishing.

No less than six coats of epoxy based etch primer, colour, and clearcoat are applied during this process. We can also prepare a set of these in any colour you wish, so if have have a specific idea in mind let us know! Many hours went into producing this set.
