Renault Clio Sport 172 2001

I've owned this car for 5 and a half years and will be sorry to see it go. I've enjoyed it and spent a fair bit on it but I need a bigger car due to growing family and after being advised that it needs some welding to sills to get through MOT, I don't have the time, space or the inclination to do the work. Its a good candidate for being repaired or re-shelled or using all the bits for a Kangoo 172 conversion. As an early 172 Phase 2 this car left the factory without traction control and as such should be considered as one of the last analog hot hatches.

Its not been modified other than cables for some 6x9 speakers remain. Currently parked up in Forest of Dean near Bream, it will need to be put on a trailer as no MOT but can be driven on to trailer no problem. I have all the original manuals and some history for it; some old MOT certificates and receipts for some big expensive jobs.

Cam belt was last done in 2015. New rear brake calipers and disks in 2017.

It has one key with remote central locking. V5 here in my name. Battery and number plates are brand new.
