Renault Clio 182 sport Engine

Professionally rebuilt Renault Clio 182 engine, low millage (60K). Completely stripped and chemically cleaned and rebuilt with lots of new parts. Cylinder head cleaned and checked and reassembled with new valves and stem seals and new hydraulic lifters. Engine block cleaned and checked for bore wear and honed to except new piston rings.

Crankshaft checked for wear and alignment and installed with new thrust washers and main bearings. Pistons chemically cleaned and ring groves checked for wear and fitted with new rings.

All assembled with new big end bearings, new oil pump and drive chain gasket and seals. Engine assembled with new cambelt and tensioners, dephaser pulley and water pump. Head bolts and gasket, new cambelt crank pulley with key and new aux belt pulley. All completely standard, would suit certain race series that require standard bore sizes etc.
