Clio Sport 172

For sale we have my weekend/track 2001 Cliosport 172 Its got 72300 miles, with a 12 month mot. The spec is : Polished and portmatched intake from SM Engineering, Induction kit, Black inset to theengine mount, blue Evol dogbone mount. Belts and pulleysdone at the end of 2018, dephaser not making any noise, Ac delete, engine running Race oil Titan Race Pro S. Its got a new clutchand new gearbox oil from Titan Race Its been on the dyno and its making 176 bhp at the flywheel with no remap. So there is potential for more with a remap and a few supporting mods.

Havegot the dyno sheet to prove. 182 manifold fitted, with a link pipe (de-cat) and a powerflow backbox. It sits onEilbach Sportline lowering springs (red ones), it had a new shock absorber on the drivers rear. It has Goodrich braided brake lines one the front, running TYP 200 brake fluid (higher boiling point) and Ferodo DS2500 pads on the front with Grooved Brembo HC discs , all in good condition, fitted from new.

The front callipers were nearly new when fitted, with new gaskets and seals. And it has bonnet spacers, but can be taken off if wanted. It has automatic xenon lights, and fog lights, but they are disconnected as wanted to take them off and fit brake ducts.

Tyres are good, on 172 alloys. Rear seats removed and rest of the interior as well, all wrapped and dry stored ready to go with the car. Door cards removed, and fitted plastic door cards, all switches still work and usable. And in the back ithas a mat that covers the rear seats.

It has a strut bar welded in the rear, can be removed if needed. Its got 18 mmspacers on the front and 20 mm shims in the rear, camber bolts at thefront and 1 degree shims on the rear. Camber set at 2 degrees on the front.

And it has a stud and nut kit fitted, all are from pure motorsport, good quality parts. Bad points : Paint not great onbonnet, dent on boot, wear on drivers seat.
